Hey, what’s up, hellooo 👋🏼🤍⁣

It’s been a minute since I’ve introduced myself to you all and now there’s roughly 1k more of you guys 🤯 so today I’m sharing who I am, how I got here and telling my story with pictures. *swipe to see* 👉🏼⁣

So first and foremost; ⁣

Hi! I’m Olivia 👱🏼‍♀️ but I way prefer Liv⁣

I currently live in Houston with my husband (we’ve been together since I was 17!) and our two rescue pups, Jax + Ruger, but we were both born and raised in Columbus, Ohio so our Buckeye blood runs deep! ❤️⁣

I love weightlifting, reading books, coffee (with cream) and spicy food. All the spicy food. 🥵⁣

I have a huge heart for animals and being a dog mom is one of my favorite things in life. Back in the day I was a horse girl, which taught me to have such a huge love and respect for animals. One of my life goals is to have a house with land where Lance and I can have as many dogs, horses, chickens, you name it, all in our backyard.🏡⁣

Growing up my sister and I were homeschooled by my mom (the old fashioned way with books) until I was in 9th grade, then I started taking classes at a public highschool. *hello culture shock* 😅⁣

I always knew I had a huge passion for helping people, but when you’re trying to find your calling as a highschool senior, “helping people” is about as broad as you can get. ⁣

I tried medicine, education and cosmetology before I found my calling with coaching though my own transformation that I achieved with the help of a coach. And then I knew: “THIS. THIS IS HOW I’M MEANT TO HELP OTHERS.” …..and so I did. 🙌🏼⁣

👉🏼 Fast forward to present day: I’m an Online Fitness Coach who helps women transform their bodies and shed fat FOR GOOD by implementing a flexible dieting approach and a whole lot of love. (DM me if you want to know more about this 💌)⁣

My goal with my page is to provide education, encouragement and a whoooole lot of positive vibes into your day 💕⁣

I’m so happy to have you here ✨

What if your fitness journey could be….fun? 🤯⁣

There's no doubt that your transformation from the before photos to the after photos takes a lot of hard work in between.⁣

👉🏼But what if your diet didn’t SUCK?⁣

👉🏼What if you still ate the foods you LOVE?⁣

👉🏼What if you didn’t have to spend 4+ hours every week meal prepping?⁣

👉🏼What if you could eat fast food, have date nights, enjoy nights out with your friends and spend lunch with your co-workers without having to flunk your fitness goals?⁣

“Wait, you mean I don’t have to sacrifice everything I love to lose weight?” 🤔⁣

NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT! 🙅🏼‍♀️⁣

A successful health + fitness journey is a journey that produces the results you want in a method that you love. For me and my clients? That looks like flexible dieting 🥳⁣

Which looks like this 👇🏼⁣

✅ Results they dream of with the flexibility they need⁣

✅ Eating whatever they want, no food rules over here!⁣

✅ Focusing on fueling their body 80% and indulging 20% of the time⁣

✅ Practicing food FREEDOM not restriction while having BALANCE⁣

My clients are learning to create the habits they need to lose the weight and keep it off while ENJOYING the journey every step of the way ✨ ⁣

Does this sound like a balance you need in your life? Then joining the @livelitefitness tribe is the solution 🙌🏼⁣

✨Questions on what your program would look like, the investment, how to apply? DM me 🤓✨⁣

3 things you can do TODAY to make progress towards your goal👇🏼 *even if you have 0 time* ⁣

For years before starting my fitness journey, I fell into a trap. 👉🏼The all or nothing trap👈🏼⁣

I felt like if I didn’t know exactly what I was doing, the perfect way to train, have the time to workout 2 hours a day 6x a week, knew the best diet, had best shoes to wear...doing anything was just a waste of my time. ⁣

❌ If I wasn't all in, I was all out ❌⁣

So I stayed trapped for 3 years. Instead of trying ANYTHING I did nothing. (except complain about how I would love to lose weight and how I was really uncomfortable with my stomach. I did a lot of that)⁣

If you’re stuck in this place too- I GET IT 🤍⁣

So here are 3 things you can do TODAY to get closer to your goal 👇🏼⁣

💦 Double your water intake⁣

👉🏼Water aids with digestion, alleviates bloating, curb hunger and countless other benefits. If you don’t have time to get in your gallon? Go from 2 glasses of water to 4, then bump from 4 to 8. Whatever you’re drinking, double it!⁣

🥪 Eat all three meals.⁣

👉🏼Set aside even 20 minutes 3x a day, to warm up, throw together or craft a quick sandwich (ideally eating protein at every meal!), and sit your butt down to eat. When we take the time to relax + chew our food, we’re helping digestion and reducing bloating all in one. (and curbing our snacking tendencies by actually being full!)⁣

💃🏼 Have a 5 minute dance party.⁣

👉🏼Tell Alexa to play a song of your choice (preferably something that takes you back to your highschool prom days) and MOVE the entire 3 something minutes. By doing this you’re increasing your TDEE without even noticing it (burning more calories), getting your steps in and HAVING FUN! Triple threat right here! ⁣

If little wins didn’t add up to big progress, why would we celebrate when our team gets on 1st base? ⚾️⁣

Comment down below and let me know, what’s one thing you’re doing TODAY to get 1% closer to your goal? ☀️👇🏼

IT’S OVER. Kinda…⁣

Down here in the lonestar state, today marks day 1 of our slow opening. Starting with retail stores, restaurants, movie theaters, malls, museums and libraries to open at 1/4 capacity today⁣

So that means that quarantine is kind of over, right..? Weird…😳⁣

I don’t know about you, but the past 6 weeks have absolutely flown by 🍃⁣

Like March felt like an eternity and then April was over in 12 seconds…or is it just me? Lol⁣

But over the last 6 weeks of being cooped up with my husband, here’s a few things I’ve learned:⁣

👨🏼 what my governors name is⁣

🧻 all the different substitutions for toilet paper⁣

☀️ I appreciate the outdoors much more than I thought I did⁣

🥵 home workouts are extremely effective when you’re intentional (I’m sore constantly)⁣

👯‍♀️ having a community of women surrounding + supporting me is vital to my sanity ⁣

📋 I NEED structure in my days to make progress on literally anything (which has been a common theme with my 1:1 ladies + what they need as well) ⁣

Comment below…⁣

What’s ONE thing you’ve learned during quarantine? 🏡

Who is this girl talking about Chick-Fil-A and why is she claiming to be a *fiTNeSs cOAcH*?”⁣

It’s kind of contradicting, isn’t it?⁣

How I’ll show up talking about how I’m going to slam some spicy fried chicken for dinner but then the next morning I’m talking about how to win your fitness journey, right?⁣

Hear me out here:⁣

I always make an effort to show you guys when I’m out to eat, or having donuts, not because I’m trying to set an example that processed food is good for you, or that it should be a staple in our diet.⁣

But because I want to normalize what a realistic, healthy and balanced lifestyle looks like. Not just solely show you 200 calorie no-carb, no-fat snacks that taste like dryer sheets. ⁣

Yall, too much of a good thing, is a bad thing...even a healthy lifestyle. ⁣

If your diet is made up of restriction, with clean, whole foods, yeah you’ll probably see the results you want. But what about the lifestyle you want? Where does that come into play? ⁣

If your diet is made up of too much freedom, only junk and processed foods, yeah you’ll probably have the lifestyle you want, but your physique will reflect your choices. Is that any better?⁣

My diet consists of about 80% fuel and 20% of food for my soul, and I highly encourage my clients to strive for a similar balance in their life. ⁣

For me, a balanced lifestyle means to prioritize fueling my body (80% of the time), but not passing on the foods that are less nutrient dense here and there, that make my life more fun. (20% of the time)⁣

That’s where we create a LIFESTYLE vs. a DIE-t.⁣

When we can find a healthy balance with our food where we can train like an athlete, see results without sacrificing a smore with our family or our anniversary bdubs? That’s golden.⁣

You can live a healthy lifestyle without deprivation. There IS a solution that isn’t ALL or NOTHING.⁣ ⁣
So if you need me, I’ll be over here, living my 80/20 life, posting my drive through food, seeing results and showing you what’s possible with flexible dieting and I won’t stop until I can help you see that too ✨

You know what I love? Girls who compliment other girls. Real, honest, love-sharing. 💘⁣

How often do you pass someone in the grocery store or scroll past someone on your IG feed and think “dang I love their outfit!” or “girl your makeup is next level!” ? ⁣

I would say that happens to all of us daily, especially with social media bringing in thousands of people into our circle every day.⁣

But out of all those people, how many of those are you thinking a positive thought about? ⁣
Then out of that number, how many of those thoughts are you sharing with those people?⁣

Not too long ago I had an epiphany: thinking nice thoughts about others literally does nothing, for anyone. ❕⁣

Unless we’re going to share those happy thoughts and encourage others with a sweet text or a “that presentation was amazing!” all the time we spent thinking kind things about them, goes right down the drain. ⁣

Complimenting others is the B E S T way to not only bring a little more joy into others lives, but into our own life too 🥳⁣

Have you ever seen someone’s face when you’ve really built them up?⁣
When you’ve used your word magic for good, instead of the negativity we so often spew out? ⁣

It’s an amazing feeling to know that you’ve made someone’s day BETTER because of you ✨⁣

Sharing compliments are like little free magic gifts of love that only bring positive energy into our space. YES PLEASE! 🙏🏼⁣

I think as women especially we need to uplift our ladies as often as we can, because every single one of us knows how it feels to have our self esteem hit rock bottom.⁣

If there’s one thing I want in this world, it’s to make other people happy.⁣
And superpowers...but apparently that seems like it’s not happening… 💥⁣

Compliment people. Magnify their strengths. Uplift them. ⁣

People always remember how we make them feel, so let’s make them feel awesome whenever they’re around us 🤟🏼⁣

Tag someone you love down below and tell them how awesome they are 💘

What's your best chance to finally stick with a "diet" that works? 🥞⁣

Here’s the secret: every diet works. No, seriously. They all do.⁣

They all have the common goal of giving your body a little bit less food than you need, so you can put your fat stores to use, and burn through some of that stored energy for fuel, they all just have a slightly different way of doing that 🤷🏼‍♀️⁣

Some eliminate food groups, some close your eating windows, some have you log your intake while you eat freely.⁣

But the most IMPORTANT quality of your diet, should be how easy it is for YOU to stick to it. If you can’t stay within the limits of your diet strategy, you’re not going to see those pounds drop like they’re hot 🥵 ⁣

If you’re wanting to lean out for the summertime, I feel you!
But before you choose a popular, no carb, diet everyone’s doing or my-Aunt-Becky-lost-50lbs-on-this-so-it-must-work-for-me diet, here’s some boxes you need to check off to make sure this diet that worked for her, will work for you too 👇🏼⁣

Does your diet...⁣
⛅️ align with your natural eating patterns? ⁣
🍪 allow you to still eat foods you like?⁣
🌮 give you freedom to go out to eat or have your mom’s home cooking?⁣
🥗 you have to bring your own food everywhere or will you be able to order off the menu?⁣
🥂 what are its rules on drinking? Is this something that’s important that you have in your life?⁣
🥦 does it give you the structure you want? ⁣
🍦 does it give you the flexibility you need?⁣
📉 jeopardize your health for your physique?⁣
📈 offer you a strategy you can follow AFTER you achieve your goal body? (because this is important too!)⁣

Throughout your fitness journey, heck, throughout your LIFE, you will be forced to overcome so many obstacles. So many parts of your journey will be hard. ❕But your diet doesn’t have to be❕⁣

Following a strategy that gives you optimal results that works for you not only now but long term is the secret sauce in achieving and then maintaining your new body 🤟🏼⁣

What diet structure do you follow + why?

You already know macros are my favorite way to be all in on my goals while not being all out on my social life 🥳🍪

Swipe to see a little #throwbackthursday back to my brunette hair and highschool days 👉🏼⁣

Back in highschool I ran track. I started out as a sprinter, until one season I got moved to run mid-distance, and I hated it. ⁣

But I also never really liked running in the first place, I just wanted to be on a team LOL ⁣

I hated running distance because it was different than what I was used to, I hadn’t trained for it, and I didn’t have a CLUE what the word *pacing* meant.⁣

Like you don’t want me to run as fast as I can the whole time…? 🤔⁣

With being a runner in a past life now turned bodybuilder + fitness coach, that’s given me an even deeper understanding of the phrase; “it’s a marathon, not a sprint” when it comes to our health and fitness journey:⁣

The distance runner focuses on strategy. When to push and when to pull back. When to cruise into their stride and when to kick it into high gear. Seeing their mom on the sidelines and saying hi. Noticing the view all around them. Have a bad mile? It’s fine. They focus on the race in its entirety rather than looking at the 30 second stretch in front of them.⁣

The sprinter focuses on speed. Moving as fast as they can from point A to point B. Blocking out all distractions, blinders on. Not letting the person in the lane next to them get out in front. Not hearing anyone in the crowd or on the sidelines, it’s all a blur. You can breathe when you’re on the finish line. ⁣

So what would happen if you put a sprinter into a 10k? Would they win? Most likely not.⁣

I know from personal experience, when I first got thrown into running 800’s I got smoked everytime, so take it from me:⁣

We have to have the skillset to be good at running OUR race, and our fitness journey is never going to get us to our finish line in the time it takes to run the length of a football field.⁣

❕We have to have the distance runner’s mentality, because our fitness journey is running the race, when we don’t know what’s coming our way next ❕⁣

The scale? It’ll fluctuate ⁣
Hitting every day perfectly? It’ll never happen⁣
Worrying about who’s in front of us? A waste of our time⁣

Have a strategy. Pace ourselves. Just keep moving forward. ✨

Want the scoop on enrollment calls? 📲⁣⁣

⁣⁣
I remember a day *not too long ago* when I had my first enrollment call, but I was coming on as the client rather than the coach... and saying I was nervous was an understatement. ⁣

*What’s going to happen? What’s he going to ask me? Is it going to be like an interrogation?*⁣

Now it’s funny to look back on, because now client calls are one of my favorite parts of my job! #WFHLife lol⁣

BUT, I know that for most of you guys, talking to strangers on the internet ISN’T your norm lol⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So if you’re feeling uneasy about talking to ya girl, here’s the tea on what a call with me looks like and a low down on what I want to know about you ✨⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✖️Who you are. Keep in mind that our enrollment call will be the first of many times we’ll be talking, and prior to it, odds are we’ve never met! So it’s important that we’re vibing with each other personality wise, since we’ll be communicating so often in the near and distant future⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✖️Where you’ve been. Understanding your diet history, your background and your journey up to this point is vital for me to understand you better and better serve you moving forward ✨ ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✖️Where we’re going. I know that if you’re coming to me, you have some massive goals to accomplish. Whether it be muscle gain or getting your body back after baby, it’s important for us to be on the same wavelength to give us a clear direction moving forward⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✖️What you’ve struggled with. This helps me better understand where we might need a little extra TLC along your journey or where I need to have all hands on deck to best serve you along the way⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✖️Why now. Frustrated you can’t hit that old PR in the gym? Or you want to fit back into your favorite jeans? Letting me in on your motivation behind your goals and WHY you’re on this journey in the first place helps me to understand what fuels your fire! ⁣

These calls help me determine that I’m getting the dopest possible women on my team, and that I’m also only bringing on women who I’m positive I can help 🤍⁣

+ I’m taking on 3 more clients throughout the month of April ✨DM me or hit the link in my bio to apply! 🙌🏼

He said: “What’s your type?” & I said: “ESFP” ✨⁣

Who else here is obsessed with personality tests? I’m in love with learning more about myself on a deeper level, and learning more about those around me so I can better relate to them.⁣

I’m an aquarius, millennial, the youngest of the family, Enneagram type 7, retired GPHI and when it comes to Meyers Briggs, I’m The Entertainer aka ESFP. (did I just expose myself here? LOL)⁣

Entertainers are known to be social, creative, observant, generous with time and energy, life of the party types, who love working with people. They most commonly work in careers that allow them to help others by being anything from an EMT, a nurse or *you guessed it* --personal coaching. ⁣

Coaching has always felt like the perfect fit for me, but now looking at my personality type in conjunction with it, it all makes sense 🔮⁣

Being creative through writing custom protocols and training programs for clients, creating content on IG, Facebook, making a guide ...I’m never lacking in this department these days, and I LOVE IT!⁣

Taking calls, talking to clients, connecting with you all on social media, this definitely keeps my cup full in the working with others and in the social department. ⁣

I bring as much energy and positive vibes to the table in my check in feedback, encouragement and never pass up an opportunity to celebrate wins with my clients or to hype them up in every situation, this checks my box of being the life-of-the-party, since I always want to leave everyone happier and more full after talking to me.⁣

Throughout my highschool and college days, I had the hardest time settling on a major. From medicine, to cosmetology, to education, I knew from day one that I wanted to help others but until I started coaching, nothing left me feeling truly fulfilled. But now looking at my personality type in relation to my dream job, I wish I would’ve started here years ago. (but everything happens for a reason ✨ )⁣

Any other ESFP’s out there?! If yes, please say hi down below!⁣

If you know your Enneagram/Meyers Briggs drop it below! Do you identify with yours too? I know I do!
