I remember a day *not too long ago* when I had my first enrollment call, but I was coming on as the client rather than the coach... and saying I was nervous was an understatement.
*What’s going to happen? What’s he going to ask me? Is it going to be like an interrogation?*
Now it’s funny to look back on, because now client calls are one of my favorite parts of my job! #WFHLife lol
BUT, I know that for most of you guys, talking to strangers on the internet ISN’T your norm lol
So if you’re feeling uneasy about talking to ya girl, here’s the tea on what a call with me looks like and a low down on what I want to know about you ✨
✖️Who you are. Keep in mind that our enrollment call will be the first of many times we’ll be talking, and prior to it, odds are we’ve never met! So it’s important that we’re vibing with each other personality wise, since we’ll be communicating so often in the near and distant future
✖️Where you’ve been. Understanding your diet history, your background and your journey up to this point is vital for me to understand you better and better serve you moving forward ✨
✖️Where we’re going. I know that if you’re coming to me, you have some massive goals to accomplish. Whether it be muscle gain or getting your body back after baby, it’s important for us to be on the same wavelength to give us a clear direction moving forward
✖️What you’ve struggled with. This helps me better understand where we might need a little extra TLC along your journey or where I need to have all hands on deck to best serve you along the way
✖️Why now. Frustrated you can’t hit that old PR in the gym? Or you want to fit back into your favorite jeans? Letting me in on your motivation behind your goals and WHY you’re on this journey in the first place helps me to understand what fuels your fire!
These calls help me determine that I’m getting the dopest possible women on my team, and that I’m also only bringing on women who I’m positive I can help 🤍
