Here’s the secret: every diet works. No, seriously. They all do.
They all have the common goal of giving your body a little bit less food than you need, so you can put your fat stores to use, and burn through some of that stored energy for fuel, they all just have a slightly different way of doing that 🤷🏼♀️
Some eliminate food groups, some close your eating windows, some have you log your intake while you eat freely.
But the most IMPORTANT quality of your diet, should be how easy it is for YOU to stick to it. If you can’t stay within the limits of your diet strategy, you’re not going to see those pounds drop like they’re hot 🥵
