So what’s this whole coaching thing about anyways? 🤔
To anyone who wants to get some more info on @livelitefitness and how we roll, I thought I’d drop 3 facts that really represent what we’re about:
✖️I expect 100% effort, not 100% perfection.
I say this on almost a daily basis. I’m here to help YOU on YOUR journey. Life isn’t perfect! But what I do expect, is that you TRY. Every day, every workout, every meal. To prioritize your future self and put in the daily action that you need to, to be her. I don’t care if you fail, actually I know you’ll fail. You’ll mess up, miss training, track something wrong, AND IT’S FINE! We’ll roll with it and fail better next time.
✖️We get CLOSE.
One of my favorite things about my team is that I’m able to pour so much time into each woman, and help them with whatever they need from me at that moment in time. Assessing form videos, going through travel plans to find when/how they’ll work out, to helping make grocery lists for their family. When I say this program is totally custom, I mean it. I wear a lot of hats on any given day; coach, friend, confidant to cheerleader.
✖️I WILL call you out.
In our team app, I can see everything. It links with myfitnesspal, so I know what your intake is every day, what your weight was that morning, if you miss a workout, if you’re not training hard, when you hit a PR, your HR, LITERALLY EVERYTHING. So if you’re not doing the work, I know 😈 It’s such an awesome tool and holds you accountable around the clock, which gives online coaching a huge leg up over in person training these days.
I chose the word “elite” to be front and center when creating this team, because that’s exactly what we’re here to be. The word elite means “the most powerful, best educated or best trained group in a society.” We are here to show up and blow our past self out of the water, all in the name of succeeding and achieving every single goal we set. Period.
I created this team to be a group of women who radiate confidence and power, who choose to do the uncomfortable to be able to grow, and the women on this team do exactly that.
