I don’t know who needs to hear this but...the scale IS NOT and SHOULD NOT BE the end all be all of if your weight loss journey is a smashing success 💥

🚶♀️ Killing their step goal + daily movement
👏🏼 Menstrual cycle is regular + healthy
👯♀️ Relationships with friends + family are awesome
❤️ Thriving in their social circle
🤩 Improved stress management
💭 Mindset is growth orientated + open to new challenges
…..oh and scale weight 🤣
❌ Instead of forcing your fitness journey happiness onto a single piece of data you’re NOT in control of that WILL fluctuate until the end of time (and drive you nuts if you let it)...
