“I love that your clients DON’T need to be perfect 24/7 😍”⁣

That right there, is the #1 comment I hear when talking to women, about why my coaching and my program is right for them.⁣

Because my approach welcomes imperfection. We shake hands with failure daily 🤝⁣

But if I’m a coach who guides women on how to get the results they want, why wouldn’t I want them to show up perfectly? ....Isn’t that a waste of everyone's time if not? ❓⁣

❌ NOPE. It’s actually a huge waste of time TRYING to be perfect. Imperfection is our friend around here.⁣

I don’t expect myself to hit everything 100% perfect, 100% of the time, so I don’t expect that from my clients either 🤷🏼‍♀️⁣

👉🏼 Can we all just agree, that trying to be perfect is the worst? It’s just a stupid amount of stress on top of everything else going on in your life. ⁣

To try to fight a losing battle of trying to be on a perfect journey as an imperfect being. Yep, that’s the worst. ⁣

For my 1:1 clients, they just want to be better women 🤟🏼 Growth requires 100% effort, not 100% perfection.⁣

Most of my clients are totally new to diet and exercise, so changing their habits AND getting mad if they don’t show up perfectly?...YOU GUYS, THAT SUCKS 😭⁣

They want to be proud of their body, take control of their life and feel beautiful, no matter how they sit or stand or what kind of clothes they wear 👙 They just want to be proud of themselves ❤️⁣

Sister, that doesn’t require being perfect! That just requires being CONSISTENT 🙌🏼⁣

✅ I coach imperfect women, on imperfect journeys who make massive change because they refuse to give up. ⁣

I work with women who want to get 1% better, every single day 👏🏼⁣

Consistency > Perfection 🎉🎈⁣

So yeah, screw being perfect and let’s start focusing on getting better than we were yesterday instead 🥳🥳⁣
